Our Return Policy

We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to email us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise that is not damaged. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of shipment you may contact us to be issued an RMA number which is required for all returned merchandise. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise that is not damaged. For any damaged merchandise received simply contact us with your order information and we will be happy to either replace your item free of charge or refund your full purchase price (shipping charges are non refundable).
